Our specializations and treatment areas include:
Counseling for anxiety and depression, marriage/ couples related concerns, and family therapy. Also, treatments for trauma and
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD).
Individual therapy services for children and adolescents.
We also offer Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR).
Substance use/abuse(SUD)assessments and therapy services.
Cognitive Behavior Therapy(CBT), Solution Focused, and Client Centered approaches are primary treatment methods.
Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)
For families and couples our practice utilizes
Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
We are now able to offer ADHD and Life coaching.
